neglect
apologies for the scarce content as of late. the new job is demanding in more ways than just time.  however, it is as demanding as it is rewarding. learning a lot. getting my ass kicked. working 16 hour shifts. and all that this industry entails. so come visit me and have your face melted with awesome food.
